How do I close a Support Ticket?

You now have the ability to close out your own Support ticket. 

This can be achieved by following the steps below: 

Click on the little helper icon in the bottom right of this page

Type "close ticket"

Fill in the fields 

You can find the Ticket ID by looking at your email
