We're excited to announce from August 19, 2024, you can update customer details via ComplyAdvantage Mesh API.
Key features:
- A new version of the customer record will be created with each update.
- All changes and previous versions are stored in the audit log for full transparency.
- The customer’s risk score is dynamically recalculated based on the updated information.
- The latest information will be used the next time that the customer is re-screened if ongoing monitoring is turned on.
