As part of our ongoing efforts to provide top-tier compliance data, starting September 16, 2024, we are consolidating three existing sanction sources into a single source. This change will retain the same coverage of entities and, as a substitute, a new source will be available for configuration in your search profiles.
New sanctions source:
Ukraine National Security and Defence Council Sanctions
This list is issued and published by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine through the State Register of Sanctions. It contains decisions on special economic and other restrictive measures from the National Security Council of Ukraine, which are enacted by the decrees of the President of Ukraine. In specific cases provided by law, these measures are approved by resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or by court decisions. The sanctions are applied as stipulated in the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions" dated August 14, 2014, No. 1644-VII.
Implementation:
These changes will take effect on September 16, 2024, and may result in a higher number of monitor alerts than usual.
If you subscribe to all sanctions lists, the new list will automatically get added to your search profiles. Otherwise, we highly recommend you add this new source to your search profiles, especially if you were previously screening against one of the sources being suspended. To learn more about how you can edit a source collection in Mesh, refer to this article.
