We’re excited to introduce a new batch file status: Completed with errors. It will be available starting today, September 3, 2024. This is in addition to the existing file statuses: Processing, Failed, and Completed.
When you upload a batch file for screening customers, sometimes it fails to screen a few of these customers. The batch file status completed with errors indicates such a result. To know which customers failed to be screened, you can download a report file:

- Immediate insights: Know instantly when uploaded files have finished processing and identify customers not successfully screened.
- Actionable data: Download a CSV report that clearly lists which customers were not successfully screened, enabling quick follow-up and resolution.
What’s next:
In the near future, this feature will be enhanced to generate a report file every time you upload a batch, regardless of whether all customers are screened successfully or not.
