New review stages for escalations:

Improved user experience:
- Auto-assignment: When users begin work, they are automatically assigned to cases, ensuring clear responsibilities from the start.
- Seamless transitions: When moving a case from one stage to another, users can easily reassign the case and add linked notes for better continuity.
- Smart reminders: When users pick up new cases, prompts will remind them to move them from the initial to the review stages.
