Previously, customer details could only be updated in Mesh via the API. Starting November 11, 2024, this can now also be done directly in the Mesh user interface.
Key features:
- A new version of the customer record will be created with each update.
- All changes and previous versions are stored in the audit log for full transparency.
- The customer’s risk score is dynamically recalculated based on the updated information.
- The latest data will be applied at the next re-screening if ongoing monitoring is enabled.
