We are excited to announce that the case list now features a dedicated identifier column and enhanced filtering options.
What’s new:
- Identifier column: A new “Identifier” column on the case list displays Customer IDs for onboarding and monitoring cases and Payment IDs for payment screening cases. Icons next to each identifier indicate their type (payment, person, company, or undefined) with helpful tips on hover.
- Enhanced search with Payment ID: In addition to customer name or ID, now you can also search Cases using Payment ID. This feature is available both through the API and the UI.
- Case filters:
New options allow filtering of cases by the recently released Acquisition Source.
Also, now you can filter cases that have no labels associated with the customer.
