Update customers in the UI

Previously, customer details could only be updated in Mesh via the API. Starting November 11, 2024, this can now also be done directly in the Mesh user interface.

 

Key features:

  • A new version of the customer record will be created with each update.

  • All changes and previous versions are stored in the audit log for full transparency.

  • The customer’s risk score is dynamically recalculated based on the updated information.

  • The latest data will be applied at the next re-screening if ongoing monitoring is enabled.
