Use the "full_name" field to create and screen people

From August 2024, you can create and screen people via API using the "full_name" field. This is useful when you are unable to separate the name fields into first, middle, last names etc.

How it works:

If your customers are people, when creating them via API or file upload simply populate the "full_name" field and they will be created and screened in the same way as customers whose name fields have been separated into first, middle last names.

To prevent accidental duplication of names on the customer record, you can only populate the "full_name" field if all other name fields are null.
