Muting profiles in bulk

We're making it faster and easier to remediate screening results!

 

What’s new?

Clients will soon be able to mute screening results in bulk during remediation, saving significant time and effort. This is especially useful for common names (like John Smith) that can generate hundreds of results. Now, instead of muting each one individually, users can mute multiple profiles in a single action.


A quick reminder:
Bulk muting is only available when:

  • The customer is monitored, AND

  • The selected profiles are set to False Positive

If any selected profiles don’t meet these criteria, the bulk mute option won’t appear.
