Command center Dashboard

Mesh Command center is an executive dashboard designed to give Customer Screening and Monitoring stakeholders a unified, high-level view of performance and risk.
By integrating real-time user activity from risk applications, the Command Center transforms data into actionable insights across three core pillars:
Portfolio Risk: Real-time visibility into the full customer portfolio risk and historical trends. You will need to have your risk model setup in order to see your risk exposure.
Operational Cost: Clear tracking of case volumes and remediation speeds, with a breakdown of human vs. AI-driven resolutions.
Growth Metrics: Monitoring "no-hit" onboarding customer volumes to ensure frictionless growth without compromising security.
Filtering
Select the last week, month, quarter or year to compare trends against historical benchmarks. For example, selecting ‘last complete quarter’ in April will select Q1 (January-March), and show how data points trend against Q4 (October-December) of the previous year.
Alternatively, you can select a custom time period, and will not see the trend comparison.
You can filter customers included in the dashboard by labels and acquisition source.
Portfolio risk
This section shows a breakdown of your customers and the associated risk. You need to have a risk model setup in Mesh in order to see the risk exposure breakdown by risk types. In the ‘Risk Exposure’ chart, you can switch between ‘Confirmed’ risk which is based on cases closed as true positive, and ‘Not reviewed’ risk which is based on existing open cases, and is taking into account any profile hits marked as true positive.
Operational cost
See the volume of cases, metrics showing time to close cases, and the proportion of cases remediated by AI agents in Mesh. The time to close case metric measures the full case lifecycle from creation to closure.
Growth metrics
The straight through processing rate shows the volume of customers that were onboarded without any hits, meaning no risk was detected for these customers in the onboarding process.
