Video: Creating and downloading data

In this guide, you will learn how to create and export data in Mesh.
When logging in to your account, please ensure you select the correct region, which will be one of the following:
Australia: https://au.mesh.complyadvantage.com/
You can find the link to your region in the onboarding email you received (look for the "Welcome to ComplyAdvantage" email).
If you can’t find the email, don't worry! You can always contact our support team at [email protected].
1. Click "Insights"
First, navigate to the "Insights" tab.

2. Click "My exports"
Select "My Exports."

3. Click "Create"
Start by creating a new export.

4. Add an export name
Fill in the export name.

5. Select an export type
Select the type of export you wish to download. As you can see, we offer four different types of exports.

6. Customer Screening Export
First, the Customer Screening export provides details on your Onboarding cases.

7. Customer Export
The Customer export enables you to download various datapoints on your Customers.

8. Screening and Monitoring Cases Export
The Screening and Monitoring Cases export includes details on your Onboarding and Monitoring cases.

9. Profile Export
Lastly, the Profiles export includes details on the Profiles returned within Cases.

10. Add a date range
Once you've chosen your export, it's time to select the date range.

11. Select the relevant dates
You can choose from the options on the left or you can add in your own dates as we have done here.

12. Click "Apply"
Apply the selected dates.

13. Click "Create"
Finalize and create the export.

14. Status - In progress
When you create the export, the status will say In progress.

15. Status - Completed
Once the download is complete, the export status should say Completed. You might have to refresh your page for the status to update.

16. Click "Download"
Download the completed export.

17. Find your export
Navigate to the location on your computer where your downloads are stored. Open the Excel file, and you will find the exported data within.
