3 updates to case management

Last updated: April 7, 2026

We're excited to announce three important updates to our case management features in ComplyAdvantage Mesh that will go live on 7 May 2024. These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, boost transparency, and save analysts valuable time:

Update 1: New "Manageable Risk - Accept" Decision

You now have a new decision option available for customer onboarding cases. This new option gives you the ability to treat manageable risks separately during the screening process.

Also, all the existing case decisions have been reworded for consistency across two case types:

  • Customer Onboarding Case Decisions:

    • No Risk - Accept

    • Manageable Risk - Accept

    • Unacceptable Risk - Reject

Update 2: Mandatory notes at case decision

Analysts will now need to leave a note before submitting a case decision, ensuring a clear audit trail and insights into the rationale used during decision-making.

This feature applies to both individually made case decisions and those made in bulk on the case list.

Update 3: Contextual Notes

Analysts can now add notes with context while performing actions like assigning/unassigning users and making case decisions. This saves time by eliminating repetitive explanations. Watch this clip to see how you can use it:
