Monitoring customers for changes in risk during onboarding

Starting December 9, 2024, customers with a 'Processing' status will be actively monitored for changes in risk. This enhancement ensures risks detected during onboarding are identified and managed effectively.

Key features:

  • Risk monitoring: If monitoring is enabled, customers with an 'Active' or 'Processing' status will be monitored for changes in risk.

  • Open case alerts: Open onboarding cases will now clearly indicate any linked monitoring cases..

  • Automatic status updates: Upon closing an onboarding case, the customer’s status will update to 'Active'.
