Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot password?' link in the login process. Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://eu.mesh.complyadvantage.com 

2. Enter your organization name.
   
   

   

3. Click Continue.

4. Enter your email address.

   

5. Click Continue.

6. Click the Forgot password? link.
   
   

   

7. Enter your email address in the 'Forgot your password?' screen.
   
   

   

8. Click Continue.  

9. You see a notification asking you to check your email. If the email does not arrive, click the Resend email button to send another.
   
   

   

10. Go to your email inbox to find the 'Set your password' email.

11. Click the Set your password link in the email.
    
    

    

12. Enter your new password twice in the 'Change your password' screen.
    
    

    

13. Click Reset password.

14. You see a success notification.
    
    

    

15. Return to https://eu.mesh.complyadvantage.com to log in.
