We're excited to announce the launch of a new Customer Monitoring dashboard that provides valuable insights into the performance of your monitoring program.

 

Gain a clear understanding of your monitoring volumes, assess the effectiveness of your compliance efforts, and determine the relevance and proportion of changes in risk that generate the most work.

The dashboard will cover a range of business metrics including:

  • Number of monitoring screens

  • Number of hits

  • Profiles per hit

  • Hit rate

  • Distribution of profile decisions

  • Hit rate vs number of monitoring screens

  • Average number of profiles per hit
