How to rescreen a customer on demand

Rescreen on Demand lets you trigger an immediate rescreen of any customer outside of the overnight monitoring cycle. 

Rescreening a customer

  1. Open the customer record you want to rescreen.

  2. Click the Rescreen button in the customer action menu.

  3. The platform runs the rescreen against the latest ComplyAdvantage data using the customer's current configuration.

  4. A toast notification displays the outcome — success or failure.

  5. If a relevant change is detected, a monitoring case is generated and appears in the customer's case view.

  6. The rescreen event is recorded in the customer audit log.

Your rescreen is now complete.

What you need to know

  • Permissions: The Rescreen on Demand feature must be enabled on your account. 

  • Monitored and unmonitored customers: The feature works for both monitored and unmonitored customers.

  • Billable: Each rescreen counts towards your onboarding usage. Contact your account manager if you have questions about usage.
