All your risk models are kept for audit purposes and are visible on the risk models page.
To reactivate a previous risk model, you choose to edit it. The last step of the editing process then automatically makes this risk model active for the that customer type (either Person or Company).
You can make changes to your previous risk model as you edit it, for example adding or changing attributes and risk level thresholds (for a category or overall) or changing the category weightings.
You can also choose to make no changes - in this case the risk model becomes active with its existing configuration.
Note: When you reactivate your risk model, it immediately becomes the default risk model and all new risk scores will be calculated using it. An existing customer’s risk score will also be recalculated based on this risk model the next time a case for this customer is closed.
