Adding stages to a case workflow

You can add new stages to a case workflow to align with your business needs. 

  • Admin users can add up to 8 Review and Decision stages within a case workflow.

  • You can introduce new decision types from the 3 available options:

    • Positive

    • Negative

    • Partial Positive

  • Newly created stages will automatically appear in the case list, filters and all open and future cases

  • Changes will be instantly reflected across audit logs, dashboards and exports
