Adding stages to a case workflow

You can add new stages to a case workflow to align with your business needs.
Admin users can add up to 8 Review and Decision stages within a case workflow.
You can introduce new decision types from the 3 available options:
Positive
Negative
Partial Positive
Newly created stages will automatically appear in the case list, filters and all open and future cases
Changes will be instantly reflected across audit logs, dashboards and exports
