When you add a customer to ComplyAdvantage Mesh, a case is created for them if they have a hit. The case contains information about the customer, including any alerts raised.
Use the search box, quick filters and advanced filters to find cases on the case list page.
Search for a case
By default, the case list page only shows cases that are open. Select Closed cases beside the search box to see closed cases.
To find a case, enter the customer name or ID associated with the case into the search box. The search results update as you type.

Quick filters for cases
Quick filters provide easy access to the most common filter options.
These are:
- Open cases: Shows cases in all stages except Closed. This filter is enabled by default.
- Closed cases: Shows closed cases.
- My cases: Shows the cases that are assigned to the logged-in user.
- Unassigned: Shows the cases that have not been assigned to any user.
Quick filters are beside the search box. When you click one, your search results are updated automatically.
Other case filter options
Click on Filters for more options to help narrow your search.
The additional filters enable you to find cases by:
- Assignee: The user who is assigned to the case. This option also enables you to find unassigned cases.
- Case type and stages: The type of case, such as customer onboarding or customer monitoring, and the workflow stage the case is in.
- Created on: The date the case was created.
- Customer label: One or more labels on the customer record.
- Customer risk: The risk level of the customers linked to the cases.
- Risk type: The type of risk within the case, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs) or adverse media.
Clear filters
Click Clear filters to remove all filters, including quick filters.
