- Admin users can add up to 8 Review and Decision stages within a case workflow.
- You can introduce new decision types from the 3 available options:
- Positive
- Negative
- Partial Positive
- Newly created stages will automatically appear in the case list, filters and all open and future cases
- Changes will be instantly reflected across audit logs, dashboards and exports
